This is a dry Gewurztraminer that exemplifies the elegant style of the grape’s native home, Alto Adige. On the nose delicately spicy fruit. On the palate, tropical fruit, citrus with a slightly spicy finish.
Pinot Bianco Sud Tirol
Pinot Bianco is the Italian name for Pinot Blanc. The grape is a particular specialty ofAlto Adige. The wine is rich in ripe apples and pears. The acidity is well integrated for a crisp, clean finish.
Pinot Nero Sud Tirol
Pinot Nero is the Italian name for Pinot Noir. This Pinot has bright red cherry fruit and spicy allspice and other baking spice flavors on the finish. A delicious Pinot Nero for everyday.
Lagrein Sud Tirol
Lagrein is a native grape of the Italian Tyrolean Alps. On the nose, dark cherries and cassis. On the palate, plums, blackberries and velvety tannins.
Joanni - Maso Delle Rose
Nick named the Super Tiroler, this red is a blend of equal parts Lagrein, Cabernet and Merlot. The Joanni is aged in French barriques for 12 months. On the palate, the wine shows fruit of the forest berries with hints of dark chocolate. Firm tannic structure for excellent aging potential. This wine screams for a ribeye.
