- Year-after-year, his famous Grüner Veltliner Aurum is consistently rated as one of the top white wines in Austria. Fully ripe Veltliner grapes were harvested for this wine through a painstaking selection process. Low yields and high ripeness, as well as partial fermentation in oak barriques, creates a wine with mouthwatering spiciness and supple mellow fruit.
Pinot Blanc
On the nose, herbs and flowers. On the palate, the wine expresses green mango, apple and pear matched with intense minerality and well-integrated acidity on the finish.
